Do you have a person in your life whose word is just the truth? Like, the gospel, you retain everything they say and repeat it anytime it's pertinent. This person for me is my brother. "Yeah, Stephen Malkmus is an asshole, my brother told me." Or, "Oh yeah, my brother said Guided by Voices was reuniting, you should go." I still remember when I was 4 and he told me boogers were delicious...so I ate some of mine. I developed an opinion of my own at some point in my life, but I still believe everything he says.
