I like and hate this at the exact same time.

My niece is a genius.

-Can count to 10 in Spanish.

-Remembers me even though I see her only two/three times a year.

-Forming full sentences.

-Memorizes books.

Reality bites

I told myself when the 90's were over that we were NEVER going to dress like that again. Flannels, grandpa sweaters, baggy tees, lace dresses, FLORAL PRINTS??? I DRESS EXACTLY LIKE THAT. I just don't want the early 2000's to come back, am I right? No shorty sweaters with lace trimmed camis and pointy heeled shiny boots for me, no way! Although, you never know...

This is pretty much one of my favorite pictures of all time, taken by Kristien. Sometimes being happy is hard. Like, really hard. But this picture helps.
